Welcome to CyberCincy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of CyberCincy, an AI platform developed by The Conrad Group, located at 4202 Watterson Street, Cincinati Ohio.
By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these Terms in full. Do not continue to use CyberCincy if you do not accept all of the Terms stated on this page.

- "Platform" refers to CyberCincy, including its website, APIs, and any other services provided.
- "We," "Us," "Our" refer to The Conrad Group, the owner of CyberCincy.
- "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual or entity using CyberCincy’s services.
2. Use of Services
2.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using CyberCincy, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.2. Account Creation
To access certain features of CyberCincy, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
3. API Integration
CyberCincy integrates with various popular AI APIs, including but not limited to ChatGPT 4.0, Claude Sonnet Turbo, and Stable Diffusions. By using these APIs, you agree to adhere to their respective terms and conditions along with our Terms.
4. User Conduct
4.1. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Using the platform for any harmful or malicious activities.
- Attempting to interfere with or compromise the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the platform.

Content you submit on CyberCincy must not be unlawful, inappropriate, or infringe on any intellectual property rights.

All content on CyberCincy, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of The Conrad Group or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Your use of CyberCincy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at cybercincy.app/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Conrad Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation, arising out of or in connection with your use of CyberCincy.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Conrad Group, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to CyberCincy, with or without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the federal and state courts located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the revised Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of CyberCincy following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
